From Stuck to Sorted: Teaching Your AI the Transformation Your Customer Really Wants
People don’t buy products or services. They buy the version of themselves they get to be afterwards. Think about it…the last thing you bought, did you buy it because you liked the thing OR how it would make you feel afterwards? If your AI doesn’t know what that version looks like, it’s stuck selling features to someone who’s shopping for a feeling.

For example… do they want the planner OR do they want how organised they’ll feel and how much easier their life will be when everyone knows where they are and what they should be doing?
Do they want to buy a course OR do they want the transformation that course will create?
This a very important piece of training you need to give your AI. It needs to know about your customer and the transformation they want. Not just where she is now, but exactly where she wants to end up, and what that journey actually looks like from the inside.
Where She Is Now?
Before your AI can sell a transformation, it needs to understand the “before” properly. Not a polite version of it, the honest one.
What’s actually standing in her way? What does her internal monologue sound like on a difficult day? And what does her current reality genuinely look like in detail, the actual mess, not the tidied-up summary she’d give a stranger?
Skip this step, and your AI will write to a problem that’s too vague to feel true. Get it right, and your customer reads it and thinks, how did they know that about me?
Then Paint the After, Properly
This is where most marketing gets lazy and just says “feel amazing” or “achieve your goals.” Your AI needs more than that to work with.
How does she want to feel? Relieved. Excited. In control? Be specific.
How does that new feeling change what she does? Confidence doesn’t just feel nice, it changes behaviour. She posts the thing she was scared to post. She puts her prices up. She stops apologising before she pitches herself.
What does that look like to everyone else? This is the visible, external version of her transformation, how she carries herself, what she’s doing differently, what other people notice has changed.
Why This Makes Your AI’s Writing Actually Convert
A post that only describes the problem gets a nod of recognition. A post that shows someone the specific, believable version of themselves on the other side of it gets them reaching for their card.
That’s the entire job of this part of your AI’s training: giving your AI a destination it can write towards, not just a problem it can describe.
This is the final piece of the target audience puzzle I walk you through inside Train Your AI Social Media Assistant in Sixty Minutes, so your AI can finally write content that moves your customer from where she is to where she wants to be.
